Former Ghana international Didi Dramani has expressed confidence in the Black Stars’ ability to advance from their World Cup group, despite the tough competition they face on football’s biggest stage.

Speaking in an interview ahead of Ghana’s group-stage fixtures, Dramani said the national team has the quality, experience, and mental strength required to overcome their opponents and book a place in the knockout phase.

“I am confident Ghana will qualify from the group,” Dramani stated. “We have talented players who compete at the highest level, and if they approach the games with discipline and belief, they can achieve positive results.”

The former winger acknowledged that the World Cup presents unique challenges but emphasized that preparation, teamwork, and focus will be key factors in determining success.

Dramani also urged Ghanaians to rally behind the Black Stars, noting that strong support from home can boost player morale and confidence.

He further highlighted the importance of unity within the squad and effective tactical planning by the technical team, describing these as essential ingredients for progression in the tournament.

As Ghana continues its preparations for the World Cup, Dramani’s comments add to growing optimism among fans and football stakeholders that the Black Stars can rise to the occasion and make the nation proud.
