Emmanuel Quarshie Jnr Joins FK Radnik Surdulica on Four-Year Deal from Medeama SC
Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Quarshie Jnr has completed a move to Serbian SuperLiga side FK Radnik Surdulica, signing a four-year contract from Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC, Gistsports.com can exclusively confirm.
At just 18 years old, Quarshie makes his first foray into European football following a standout loan spell with Rospak FC during the 2024/25 season in Ghana’s Division One League. His performances there caught the attention of scouts, as he tallied five goals and four assists, consistently showcasing his flair and effectiveness in the attacking third.
The highly rated winger is admired for his composure on the ball, exceptional vision, and tactical versatility. Capable of operating on either flank or in an advanced midfield role, Quarshie’s creative prowess and intelligent movement are expected to strengthen Radnik’s attacking options for the 2025/26 campaign, which is already underway with two matches played.
Quarshie will not be alone in Serbia, as he joins fellow Ghanaian Douglas Owusu—formerly of Asekem FC—who signed with Radnik last year and has since made steady progress in European football.
This move represents a significant milestone in Quarshie’s young career and highlights the increasing presence of Ghanaian talent across European leagues. His journey from Medeama SC to the Serbian top flight is a testament to the growing strength of Ghana’s football development system and its ability to produce players ready for the global stage.
