Medeama SC defender Kamardini Mamudu has completed a transfer to Sudanese giants Al Hilal after signing a three-year contract with the club.
The Ghanaian centre-back joins Al Hilal following impressive performances for Medeama in the Ghana Premier League and CAF competitions, where he established himself as a reliable and composed defender.
Club sources confirmed that the move was finalized after successful negotiations between both clubs, with Mamudu set to begin a new chapter of his career in Sudan.
Speaking after completing the transfer, Mamudu expressed excitement about the opportunity to play for one of Africa’s most successful clubs and compete regularly in continental competitions.
“I am grateful to Medeama for the opportunity and support,” he said. “Joining Al Hilal is a big step in my career, and I am ready to give my best for the club and its fans.”
Medeama SC also acknowledged the defender’s contribution, thanking him for his commitment and professionalism during his time at the club and wishing him well in his future endeavours.
Al Hilal, who are regular participants in the CAF Champions League, are expected to benefit from Mamudu’s defensive qualities as they strengthen their squad ahead of domestic and continental campaigns.
