Arsenal booked their place in the final with a composed and disciplined performance, overcoming their opponents over two legs to underline their growing maturity under Arteta. The result marks another significant milestone in the club’s recent progress and offers a major opportunity to secure their first domestic trophy in Arteta’s current project.

Speaking after the match, Arteta praised his players for their focus and resilience, stressing that reaching the final is only part of the objective. “We are pleased to be in the final, but the job is not finished,” he said. “Wembley is a special place, and we want to go there to win.”

The Spaniard highlighted the collective effort of his squad, pointing to their defensive organisation, attacking intent and hunger to compete at the highest level. He also acknowledged the role of Arsenal supporters, whose backing has been pivotal throughout the competition.

With the Carabao Cup final set to take place at Wembley Stadium, Arsenal now turn their attention to preparing for the showpiece occasion while balancing domestic league and European commitments.

Arteta believes that success at Wembley would further validate the team’s development and provide a platform for sustained competitiveness. “Winning trophies builds belief,” he added. “That is what we are working towards.”

As anticipation builds ahead of the final, Arsenal fans will be hoping that Arteta’s ambitions translate into silverware, as the Gunners aim to end their wait for another major trophy.
