On June 23, 2025, Nike will host an exclusive celebration honouring its legendary partnership with global track icon Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, as she prepares to compete in her final Jamaica National Trials.

The event not only celebrates Shelly-Ann’s unparalleled achievements but also pays homage to the people of Jamaica, whose “daughter of the soil” has inspired millions and reshaped the narrative of women in sport.

From her rise in Kingston to her historic Olympic and World Championship triumphs, Shelly-Ann has captivated generations with her speed, resilience, and grace. As the most decorated 100m sprinter in history, her legacy has transcended sport, shaping culture, inspiring women globally, and redefining the possibilities for athletes who lead with purpose.

Nike has stood beside her every step of the way, championing her trailblazing career both on and off the track. The upcoming event is a powerful celebration of Fraser-Pryce’s extraordinary impact and heartfelt recognition of the nation that raised her.

“Nike has been more than a sponsor—they’ve been a partner in every sense of the word,” said Fraser-Pryce. “Together, we’ve pushed boundaries, challenged expectations, and created a legacy I’m so proud of. This celebration is not just for me—it’s for every Jamaican who saw themselves in my journey. It’s a thank you to my country, my family, and every young girl who dares to dream.”

The invitation-only event will bring together members of Jamaica’s athletic and cultural communities, Nike global leadership, and other select guests to reflect on Fraser-Pryce’s impact and the legacy she continues to build in her final competitive year.

As Nike reflects on this extraordinary partnership, the brand extends its deepest gratitude to Jamaica for sharing one of its brightest stars with the world and reaffirming the global power of Jamaican excellence and pride.
